Kathleen Clay Edwards Family Branch is partnering with the Division of Water Resources to co-facilitate two Project WET programs, one for adults and one for children!

March 23rd

Educators and youth leaders join us for this water education workshop and earn CEUs and credit towards the NC Environmental Education Certification.

Discover hands-on activities about water conservation, water as a resource, and water management. Lauren Daniel, Environmental Education Specialist with the Division of Water Resources, will co-facilitate this program.

This program is free, but there is a $21.00 cost to take home the Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guide.

Mommy and Me Getting Little Feet Wet

Getting Little feet wet

Lauren Daniel, Environmental Education Outreach Specialist with the Division of Water Resources will host this program for parents or grandparents and children ages 8 or younger.

Bring your little one to come experience the wonders of our water resources. We will learn about where we find water on our planet and ourselves! Enjoy one hour of activities to teach young children how we use water every day and why our water resources are important to maintain. Topics will include: Weather, Earth, Animals, and students will leave with a healthy snack to enjoy.
